29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) On or about May 1, 2024, at the facility, where a written respiratory program was not developed and implemented for employees required to wear 3M particulate N95 respirators and Drager Xplore 8000 powered air purifying respirators while conducting activities such as welding, sanding, and painting.
