29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: On or about May 29, 2024, employees engaged in paper printing activities in the Northside of Taylor Communications located at 9503 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to fire, and electrical shock and burn hazards in that employees operated and/or worked near the equipment with damaged cord fitting(s). Instances included but were not limited to: i. Syntron Jogger where the cord was damaged at the point where cord entered the equipment and ii. EVTEC Sheeter where the cord was damaged at the point where the cord entered the equipment.
