29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: At the worksite located at 1315 North 2nd Street Clinton, MO: On or prior to January 29, 2024, employees were exposed to respiratory, atmospheric, and explosive hazards. Employees worked at a grain elevator with twelve grain bins and two receiving pits. The employer did not evaluate the workplace for permit-required confined spaces.
