29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Mechanical cage - On or about January 25, 2024, the employer had employees use the bench grinder to sharpen tools and blades that had the lower work rest out of adjustment exposing employees to struck by hazards.
