29 CFR 1910.1053(g)(1)(iii): Respiratory protection was not provided during tasks for which an employer had implemented all feasible engineering and work practice controls and such controls were not sufficient to reduce exposures to or below the PEL: a) 475 S Henderson Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406, Southside Hand Fabrication area - On or about January 18, 2024, an employee performing grinding on engineered and natural stone countertops exposed to an airborne concentration of respirable crystalline silica of 59 ?g/m^3 was not provided respiratory protection when all feasible engineering and work practice controls have been implemented. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
