29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about December 11, 2023, at an establishment located at 1740 Eisenhower Road in De Pere, Wisconsin, employees of Robinson, Inc. were exposed to electrical and fire hazards by not using listed equipment in accordance with the instructions while utilizing a Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) that was not designed to be installed in an industrial setting.
