29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6): The employer did not provide training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i) through (q)(6)(v) for employees who participated in or were expected to participate in emergency response: (a) On or about October 23, 2023, the employer did not provide training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i) through (q)(6)(v) to employees who participated in the emergency response operations during a fire within a dust collector containing hazardous materials. Employees who remained in the area during fire fighting of the fire within the dust collector were exposed to potential inhalation hazards from the discharge of smoke and toxic gases and hazardous metal smoke or fumes from the hazardous material burning at the facility.
