29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) In the Welding and Fab Shop, on or about October 17, 2023 - The employer did not inform Machine Operators of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025. Machine Operators are exposed to lead while cutting honeycombs coated with tin lead solder on the Bodor laser. Machine Operators are exposed to lead while cutting stainless steel with the Bodor Laser which resuspended previously settled particulate containing lead from cutting honeycombs coated with tin lead solder on the Bodor Laser.
