29 CFR 1910.184(c)(6): Slings were not securely attached to their loads: (a) On or about September 19, 2023, an employee was exposed to a struck-by and fall hazard when it was found that a ring weighing more than 1,300 pounds being lowered onto a core mold was not securely attached and one leg of the sling became unhooked.
