29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. a) SUGARFISH DBA Sushi Nozawa did not make sure that the electrical cabinet and housing were effectively close to afford protection of employees, on or about 12/16/23. Uncovered Circuit Breaker Panels: Arc flash and electrocution are hazards that workers are exposed to when they work near uncovered energized electrical panels. A fault or dropped tool can cause an arc flash.
