29 CFR 1910.160(b)(6): Fixed extinguishing systems were not inspected annually by a person knowledgeable in the design and function of the system to assure that the system is maintained in good operating condition: On or about July 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure the kitchen hood fixed extinguishing system was inspected annually. The extinguishing system was last inspected by a person knowledgeable in the design and function of the system in June 2018.
