29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listed or labeling: Employees working in the engine room were exposed to electrical burn hazards located at 1701 Shilling Road, Salina Kansas due to receptacle boxes being wired with a flexible cord and not securely affixed to any surface. A receptacle box along the south wall of the engine room was being used as an extension cord for electrical equipment.
