29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(2)(i):The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(b) through (d) (except (d)(1)(iii)), and (f) through (m) for each employee required by 29 CFR 1910.1025 to use a respirator: Long Shot Pistol & Rifle, LLC, 375 County Ave Secaucus, NJ a) The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program for employee(s) required to wear respirators such a full-face 3M respirator with cartridges while performing cleaning activities of lead containing material. An employee performing cleaning activities in the facility was exposed to respirable lead concentrations exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 2.67x. The exposure is equivalent to a time-weighted average of 133.7 ug/m3 exceeded the PEL of 50 ug/m3. The sample time was 229 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time period of 251 minutes. Violation occurred on or about June 10th, 2023.
