29 CFR 1926.601(b)(5): Motor vehicles with cabs were not equipped with windshields and powered wipers: (a) On or about 5/23/2023, at the Paul E. Joseph Stadium in Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00820. A Mack Truck with a concrete conveyor belt attached (No Data Plate Available) did not have windshields and powered wipers, exposing employees to struck-by object hazards. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c).
