Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 005A Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) Eden, Inc., Spray booth area, on or about May 18th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Employees performed spray coating of wood products with flammable liquids within the companies spray booth area. Materials including, but not limited to, wooden pallets, various 5 gallon containers of paints/stains, and plywood were stored within 3 feet of the spray booth. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
