29 CFR 1926.1427(a): The employer did not ensure that each operator was trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in 1926.1427 (a)(2): 549 Summit Ave., Jersey City, NJ, 2nd Floor a. The employer allowed employees to operate a crane without being trained, certified, and evaluated. Employees operated a JMG, Model MC25S, crane for lifting fa�ade curtain walls for a residential building and were not provided certification and evaluation. Violation occurred on or about May 4, 2023
