29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about May 3, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the work rest on the Dewalt bench grinder was adjusted within maximum opening of one-eight inch. The work rest was over one-eighth of an inch away from the wheel, exposing employee to struck by hazards during wheel failure and caught in hazards between the work rest and wheel.
