29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) 400 Mill Road Wilmington, DE 19806: On or about May 1, 2023, and days prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when the employer failed to remove extension cords that were running through floors. The extension cords were plugged into 120 V outlets. b) 400 Mill Road Wilmington, DE 19806: On or about May 1, 2023, and days prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when the employer failed to remove extension cords that were run through open elevator shafts.
