29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s). Location: Facility Yard and Garage Area On or about January 30, 2023, an employee was exposed to accident and rollover related hazards while operating a CAT TH210 Telehandler, where the employer allowed it to be operated without a seat belt.
