29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Location - 9 Myrtle Street, Waltham, MA 02453 a) On or about 1/20/23, a live electrical panel was obstructed by stored materials including boxes of tile, carpet squares and manufactured wood flooring planks. b) On or about 1/20/23, a set of live electrical panels were obstructed by stored materials including ladders, hand tools, a snow blower and carpet scraps.
