29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) At the worksite located at 4747 East Mustard Way, Springfield MO, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when two forklifts found to be in need of repair and had not been taken out of service. Both forklifts back up alarms were not working. This was documented on or about 1-11-2023.
