29 CFR 1910.1048(i)(2): When employees' skin could have become splashed with solutions containing 1 percent or greater formaldehyde, the employer did not provide conveniently located quick drench showers and/or did not ensure that affected employees used these facilities immediately: Location - 20 Cabot Road, Woburn, MA On or about October 14, 2022, employer did not provide proper emergency shower system for quickly flushing or drenching affected body parts that came into contact with solutions containing greater than 1% formaldehyde on their own without the use of assistance.
