29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section: (a) Throughout the Establishment: On or about, August 3, 2022, approximately twenty-three employees had not received training prior to performing work with exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens when performing work such as, but not limited to, handling contaminated linens where there is potential for exposure to blood, blood products and used needles/sharps.
