29 CFR 1926.351(b)(3):When it became necessary to connect or splice lengths of cable one to another, substantial insulated connectors of a capacity at least equivalent to that of the cable were not used: a. On or about July 26, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, a welding lead was spliced with duct tape, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with electrocution.
