29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access. a) Lot 1467 Claremont CT, Millsboro, DE 19966: On or about June 28, 2022, employees conducting framing activities used a 6 foot fiberglass A-Frame ladder that did not extend at least three feet above the upper landing to access a walls.
