29 CFR 1910.184(c)(7):Sling(s) were not padded or protected from sharp edges of their loads: a) Rumpke Waste & Recycling Services located at 431 Prospect Dr. Findlay OH 45840: On or about April 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure the 1"x 6' polyester sling used to lift the McNeilus front load refuse trucks hydraulic lifting arm was protected from sharp edges. The sling position around a sharp/abrasive edge of the lifting arm exposed employees operating in the area to struck by, caught in, and crushing hazards.
