29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Equipment with damaged parts that may adversely affect its safe operation or its mechanical strength, such as broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating parts shall not be used: Shop Area: On or about March 30, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while accessing a corroded electrical panel with a missing breaker cover.
