29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) 620 A Street, Wilmington, DE 19801(East Bound Lane): On or about March 29, 2022, the employer failed to provide signs visible to the public while traveling on "A" east and West to assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to sewer maintenance repair work. This exposed employees to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they performed sewer maintenance work.
