29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about March 28, 2022, employees utilized a pedestal grinder on an as needed basis when they cut steel or aluminum during truck and trailer maintenance. The adjustable tongue guard was 11/16 inches away from the periphery of the grinding wheel.
