29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iii)(A): A lock and a tag were not placed on each disconnecting means used to deenergize circuits and equipment on which work was to be performed: (a) On or about 3/16/2022, and at times prior, at 38669 Highway 77, Ashland, AL 36251, in the paint room, at paint booth 3015, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when a lock and tag were not utilized when work was performed.
