29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Walmart Store #2419, 18922 Rehoboth Mall Boulevard, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971: On or about 02/09/2022 the employer failed to ensure employees were able to access a fire extinguisher placed in the storeroom in the back area of the store. The fire extinguisher though being placed in the storeroom was not able to be accessed due to the fire extinguisher being blocked by several boxes and equipment.
