29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: (a) On or about February 2, 2022, employee(s) tasked with conducting electrical work on or around energized and deenergized electrical equipment were not effectively trained on inspection requirements of rubber insulating equipment, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and to adequately assess the arc flash and shock hazard level of the electrical equipment to be worked on.
