29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. 1900 South Ave., Staten Island, NY The employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a written hazard communication program. Employees engaged in the servicing and minor maintenance of heavy construction equipment, which included, but was not limited to John Deere 350G excavators, used chemicals that included, but were not limited to oxygen, acetylene, spray lubricants and cleaners, and Encore Petroleum anti-freeze, and Encore Petroleum synthetic SAE 15W-40 CK-4 oil, where the employer did not establish a written Hazard Communication program. Violation occurred on or about December 21, 2021
