29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Plant-Wide: Employees who are authorized to conduct lockout and tagout of machines and equipment, including, but not limited to, metering pump, bean snipper, transfer conveyor, Kaider air compressor, incline conveyor, vibratory shaker, ishida scale, illapak bagging machine, zucchini spiralizer, urshell CC shredder, and washline chiller, did not complete training. The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by affected employees, on or about 10/7/21.
