29 CFR 1926.1419(c)(2): When using non-standard hand signals, the signal person, operator, and lift director (where there is one) must contact each other prior to the operation and agree on the non-standard hand signals that will be used: a. On or about 10/06/2021, at Pinellas Gateway project, column 8A-7C work site - non-standard hand signals were not agreed upon between the operator and signal person before conducting a lift, exposing employees to struck-by or crush-by hazards.
