29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2):Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to implement safety related work pratices were employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to 240/110 volt auxiliary panels. b) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to implement safety related work pratices were employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to missing knock outs for junction boxes. c) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Waffle Bake Conveyor) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to implement safety related work pratices were employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to missing cover on electrical junction box attached to Waffle Bake Conveyor. d) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Grilled chicken conveyor line hallway) - On or about September 29, 2021,the employer failed to implement safety related work pratices were employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to missing cover on electrical junction box located in hallway leading to grilled chicken conveyor line.
