29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include materials of construction. a. On or about July 16, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at the tank farm, the employer did not compile materials of construction information pertaining to tank 17, tank 2, and tank 1 used to process flammable liquids. This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards. b.
