29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a. 4050 Tremley Point Rd., Linden, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure that forklift operators traveled with the load following whenever the load obstructed the forward view. Employees engaged in warehousing activities operated equipment that included, but was not limited to Yale, model GLP030VX, forklifts where the load being moved in the warehouse obstructed their forward view and the employee did not instead, travel in reverse.
