29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303. One eyewash stations located between the Tofu Room and the Oven Room was not available for immediate emergency use because they were blocked by mobile product racks. This prevents employees from quickly drenching or flushing their eyes or body in the event of an emergency.
