29 CFR 1910.253(b)(1)(ii): Compressed gas cylinders were not legibly marked, for the purpose of identifying the gas content, with either the chemical or the trade name of the gas: On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, at a metal closet in front of the shredder machine, a liquified petroleum compressed gas cylinder was not legibly marked, for the purpose of identifying the gas content, with either the chemical or the trade name of the gas. Employees were exposed to fire hazards during oxygen and propane torch cutting operations.
