29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4): When the employer decided that its employees would enter permit spaces, the employer did not develop and implement a written permit space entry program that complied with 29 CFR 1910.146: (a) Elkins Distilling Company, LLC, dba Elkins Distilling Co., at 1825 North Lake Avenue, Estes Park, CO: On and preceding 2/27/2021, when the employer decided that its employees would enter permit spaces, the employer did not develop and implement a written permit space entry program. Employees entered the stripping still to perform maintenance. The stripping still was a permit required confined space. This condition exposed employees to a permit required confined space hazard.
