29 CFR 1910.215(a)(2): Abrasive wheel(s) used on grinding machinery were not provided with safety guard(s) which covered the spindle end, nut, flange projections: On and about February 12, 2021, grinding area/CNC and Press employees were exposed to the following bench grinders and pedestal grinders that had missing safety guards on the flange projections, to include but not limited to: b). The pedestal grinders (employer identification number SS and AL) located adjacent to the Omada Pega Punch Presses were missing the safety guards.
