29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2):Employee(s) stood under or passed under the elevated portion of a powered industrial truck(s), a) Shop: On or about, January 27, 2021 and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a crush-by hazard, in that the forklift operator left the seat of a Sunbelt Rentals telescoping forklift while the sheet metal was elevated in order to assist in welding the bottom of the sheet metal.
