29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a. At 16050 Shark Road West, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about January 19, 2021, and at times prior, employees working from the scaffold platforms did not receive training from a person qualified to recognize hazards, such as, but not limited to, incomplete planking, bracing, guard rails and the procedures to minimize these hazards.
