29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer shall establish and implement written procedures to manage changes (except for "replacements in kind") to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures; and, changes to facilities that affect a covered process. (a) On or about December 9, 2020, the employer did not complete a management of change review of the replacement of the overhead, round, Halide Halogen 400 watt overhead fluorescent light fixtures in the mechanical room with new, rectangular, T5 LED 25 watt light fixtures.
