Western Bee Supplies, Inc., 5 Ninth Avenue East, Polson, MT 59860: On or about August 13, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working in and around unguarded pulleys under equipment including, but not limited to, the Inverted Swing Cut Off Saw "Green End".
