29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Location - lab On or about June 16, 2020, an adequate written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented where products, such as ADVANCED FORMULA TEMPORARY CEMENT REMOVER (contains sodium hydroxide) and TARTAR, LIGHT STAIN & PERMANENT CEMENT REMOVER (sodium 2-ethylhexyl sulfate) were used for cleaning of dental stone models.
