29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about 12/27/19 at 350 Dewitt Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11207 employees dipping and removing hardware from sinks were exposed to hazardous chemicals splashing into the eyes and face including but not limited to Sulfuric acid, Hydrochloric acid 15-40%, Nitric acid 50-70%, Chromium trioxide 60-100% by weight. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY.
