29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: Ball, Bounce and Sport, Inc. - Dunkirk, Ohio: On or about January 3, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees who performed electrical work were trained in and familiar with safety related work practices. Employees that performed tasks such as, but not limited to, replacing motors, troubleshooting, and verifying absence of energy were exposed to electrical hazards.
