29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area, S-11 column, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, a breaker panel with 14 breakers and a breaker panel with 7 breakers were not provided with a cover door, were corroded, and were subject to getting wet. The panel with 14 breakers was damaged and bent on the left side.
